We sell downloadable digital products such as ebooks, guides, workbooks, planners, trackers, templates, and other educational and wellness resources. The Acne Blueprint is one of our paid educational products. We describe each product as accurately as we reasonably can, but small differences in wording, formatting, or presentation may occur, and product details may change over time as we update our work.

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are listed in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We may change our prices at any time, but changes won't affect an order we've already accepted. Where any tax applies to your purchase, it will be shown or added at checkout, or is otherwise your responsibility where required by the laws that apply to you.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card and payment details are collected and handled directly by Stripe through its secure payment fields; we don't receive or store your full card number. By paying, you agree to Stripe's applicable terms in addition to ours. You agree to provide accurate, complete payment and contact information, and you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method you provide.
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy the product on these Terms. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and make the product available to you. We may decline or cancel an order where there's a genuine reason to, such as a pricing or product error, a suspected unauthorised or fraudulent payment, a payment that doesn't complete, or a problem we reasonably need to investigate. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund that payment.
You're responsible for giving us an accurate email address and checkout details, since that's how we deliver your product and communicate with you. Digital products are delivered electronically, typically through an order confirmation and a secure download link, and by transactional email. For security, download or access links may be time-limited or usage-limited. Because of this, please download and save your files promptly after purchase. We don't guarantee permanent, lifetime, or unlimited access to any file, and we recommend keeping your own copy once you've downloaded it.
Because our products are downloadable and access is provided shortly after purchase, they are generally final once delivered, accessed, or downloaded. The content on this website and in our products (including the writing, guides, designs, graphics, and layouts) belongs to Nadège Anu or our licensors, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Our free resources are offered on the same personal-use basis. Except as allowed by law or clearly permitted by us in writing, you agree not to copy, share, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly post, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise commercially exploit our content or products. This licence ends if you breach these Terms.
